Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing and Communications Manager located in the Greater Chicago Area. The Marketing and Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, creating and managing content for various platforms, overseeing communication efforts, and ensuring the alignment of all messaging with the organization's mission. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating marketing campaigns, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with team members to achieve strategic goals. Qualifications Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Content Marketing skills Content Creation, Copywriting, and Editing skills Social Media Management and Communications skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field Seniority level
