McGlinchey Stafford seeks to hire a civil litigation attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join our very active practice in Houston, Texas. This role will involve hands-on work across a range of litigation practice areas, including commercial trucking defense, product liability, premises liability, construction disputes, business disputes, and the defense of serious personal injury and death claims. We seek candidates with: A current, active license to practice law in Texas; 5-7 years of experience handling complex civil-litigation cases from start to resolution, preferably including trial experience; Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills; The ability to multitask, manage multiple deadlines, and take ownership of projects and cases; and A team mindset.
