Automation & Scripting Develop and maintain PowerShell or batch scripts for automating packaging, deployment, and configuration tasks. Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline integrations for software delivery and update management. Integrate packaging processes with ITSM workflows and automation platforms. Testing & Compliance Ensure application and OS packages comply with security policies, patching standards, and software licensing. Perform UAT with business users and document all packaging and imaging activities. Maintain version control and change tracking for packages and images. Collaboration & Support Work closely with the Service Desk, Security, and Endpoint Management teams to support deployments, troubleshoot issues, and respond to user needs. Support new hardware integration (driver packs, BIOS updates, TPM/UEFI configuration) into standard image processes Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of hands-on experience with OS imaging, application packaging, and deployment automation. Experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, and Active Directory Group Policies. Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation workflows. Familiar with application packaging tools (e.g., AdminStudio, Advanced Installer, PSAppDeployToolkit). Solid understanding of Windows operating system internals, update mechanisms, and driver integration. Experience in enterprise environments supporting large-scale deployments. Preferred Skills:
Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate. ITIL Foundation or similar process-oriented frameworks. Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-first environments. Familiarity with macOS imaging and packaging (Jamf, Munki) is a plus. Exposure to security tools and endpoint hardening practices.
