Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

We are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with 5+ years of experience in labor and employment law, ideally on the defense or firm side . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling employment litigation matters in state and federal court, along with experience representing public- and private-sector employers in a range of workplace-related disputes.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of employment litigation matters, from investigation and discovery through trial or settlement
• Represent clients before state and federal courts, administrative agencies (e.g., MCAD, EEOC), and arbitration panels
• Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, and attend mediations and hearings
• Advise clients on employment-related matters such as workplace policies, terminations, discrimination, wage & hour issues, and labor relations

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 5 years of labor & employment litigation experience, preferably in a law firm setting
• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation cases independently and efficiently
• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
