Private Equity Associate – Houston, TX

We are working with a leading, internationally recognized law firm is seeking 4th to 7th year Private Equity Associates to join its thriving Private Equity team in Houston, Texas . This is an exciting chance to work on high-level private equity and corporate transactions, advising corporate clients and private equity funds on acquisitions, dispositions, minority investments, and general corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on private equity and corporate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, and minority investments
• Review and draft transaction documents with substantial autonomy
• Manage complex deals from start to finish with effective deal management and a business development-oriented mindset
  

Ideal Candidate

• 4th to 7th year JD graduate
• Deep understanding of corporate law and market terms
• Extensive experience in reviewing and drafting key transactional documents
• Strong communication skills and the ability to take on high levels of responsibility
• Driven, proactive, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and projects
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive annual salary range: $310,000 – $420,000
