Responsibilities: • Manage data and programs including communication and change management. • Provide direction and guidance for managing data consisting of multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives. • Ensure balance in allocation of resources. • Accurate design and tracking of programs and projects to predict results and outcomes. • Analyze data, program and project progress in terms of root cause analysis, pay-back assessment, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies and gaps. • Participate and support audits (both internal/external) and help coordinate preparation for such audits. • Define the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and services. • Define and implement the AI/ML roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives. • Lead the AI projects/use cases from ideation to deployment. Qualifications: Required: • Experience in managing data and programs including communication and change management. • Ability to provide direction and guidance for managing data consisting of multiple complex projects. • Experience in accurate design and tracking of programs and projects to predict results and outcomes. • Ability to analyze data, program and project progress in terms of root cause analysis, pay-back assessment, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies and gaps. • Experience as a Project Manager on specific projects associated with the Program. • Experience with AI-related programs, including defining the vision and roadmap for AI-powered products and services. • Ability to define and implement the AI/ML roadmap, aligning it with overall business goals and objectives. • Experience leading AI projects/use cases from ideation to deployment. • Experience participating and supporting audits (both internal/external). • Ability to help coordinate preparation for audits.
