Overview
We are seeking highly detail-oriented
Quality Control (QC) Inspectors
to join our team for both
day and night shifts . The QC Inspector will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet company and industry quality standards through rigorous inspections, documentation, and compliance checks.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Perform
visual, dimensional, and functional inspections
on incoming, in-process, and finished products. Verify conformance with
ASME, ISO, and company-specific quality standards . Conduct basic
weld inspections under supervision of CWI , material verification, and other quality-related checks. Review and interpret
drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications . Document and report
non-conformities , deviations, and corrective actions. Work closely with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize
measuring tools
such as calipers, micrometers, gauges. Maintain accurate
inspection records and reports . Participate in
root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives
with QA team Ensure adherence to
safety and company procedures . Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years
in Quality Control, preferably in
manufacturing, fabrication, or ASME-regulated environments . Education:
High school diploma or equivalent;
technical certifications
in QC, welding, or manufacturing are a plus. Knowledge of Standards:
Familiarity with
ASME, ISO, API, or equivalent
quality standards. Technical Skills:
Ability to read
blueprints, P&IDs, and engineering documents . Tools & Equipment:
Experience using
calipers, micrometers, Attention to Detail:
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills . Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility:
Willingness to work
night shifts/weekends , if required. Certifications (Preferred):
AWS-CWI, ASNT Level II, or similar QA/QC certifications.
