Job Title: SCM Functional Consultant – Demand/Supply Planning Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite) Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Functional Consultant with hands-on implementation experience in SCM Planning tools such as O9, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, JDA, or SAP IBP. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge in Demand Planning and Supply Planning modules and experience specifically in O9 or Kinaxis implementation projects. SCM tool implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of O9 or Kinaxis SCM planning modules. Configure and customize modules such as Demand Planning and Supply Planning. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Collaborate with business users and technical teams to design and deliver effective SCM solutions. Conduct user training, testing, and support during UAT and go-live. Provide post-implementation support and enhancements. Must-Have Skills: Experience in implementing either O9 or Kinaxis in Demand or Supply Planning modules. Strong functional knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. Experience with similar planning tools such as Blue Yonder, JDA, or SAP IBP is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
