Requirements For Site Survey Engineer Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in conducting physical and active wireless surveys, and also preparing reports. Should carry own laptop with survey tool. Proficient in English and local language in respective countries. Have necessary health and safety certifications applicable in respective countries. Have safety gear based on requirements (Helmet, Goggles, Safety Shoes, reflective jacket, etc.). Possess a license to work at heights based on local legal requirements. Carry hotspot or mobile with data pack; should not depend on client internet for remote access. Experience in identifying and installing various passive cables and SFPs. L1 knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
