Network Engineer
to support a cutting-edge, multi-domain command and control initiative within the Department of Defense on-site in
Hampton, VA
. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in routing, switching, and secure network architecture, and be passionate about enabling real-time data sharing across air, land, sea, space, and cyber domains.

Responsibilities for the Network Engineer include: Design and develop voice, video, radio frequency, and/or data communications networks. Identify, analyze, and resolve complex network issues. Provide technical guidance and training on network equipment and protocols. Define network specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility. Lead or support special projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers. Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies, including data center, virtualization, and automation techniques. Qualifications for the Network Engineer include:
Bachelors of Arts or Bachelor of Science. 20+ years of related network engineering experience. Expertise in routing and switching protocols. Proficiency with Cisco IOS software and hardware. Ability to configure and troubleshoot Multicast. Experience with VoIP and collaboration systems. Familiarity with data center environments, virtualization, and automation. Must possess a current CCNA certification. Must meet DoD 8750 requirements and be eligible for IAT Level II access. Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an
Active U.S Government TS with SCI eligibility. Compensation for the Network Engineer include:
Salary Range: $180,000 - $240,000+ *depending on experience* Comprehensive Benefits: Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays
