Base pay range
$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Required Skills & Experience -5+ years of experience working as a network engineer - 5+ years of Cisco experience including Cisco ISE and Cisco Catalyst - 3-5 years of wireless networking experience - Hands on build experience: configuring network devices, implementing protocols, documentation and design Nice to Have Skills & Experience - CCNA or other Networking certifications - ACI Experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Network Engineer III with 5+ years of experience for an academic medical system in Oklahoma. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting advanced networking technologies and solutions. The role includes managing data collection, reporting, and performance trending for critical network components, as well as diagnosing and resolving complex network and security incidents. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls, and a strong background in advanced routing protocols such as OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, and MPLS. Experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs, and Cisco DNA Center is essential. Candidates should also have experience of leading network infrastructure projects, mentor junior engineers, and collaborating across IT teams. Cisco certifications such as CCNP or CCIE are highly desirable. Familiarity with SD-WAN, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and ITIL best practices is a plus.
