The Digital Modernization sector within Leidos is seeking a Network Operations Center (NOC) Analyst to support the operational environment for the Compartmented Enterprise Services Office (CESO) NOC. With the CESO program, the Defense Information System Agency (DISA) is looking to transform the existing Secure Web Services (SWS) environment, which provides secure information sharing to the community, into a more mature service offering to meet the DoD and intelligence communities. As part of this task order, Leidos will manage the commercial cloud migration and disestablishment of legacy systems, fully automate the continuous development & continuous integration environment, fourth estate consolidation, professionalize services ITIL/DevSecOps based processes, improve the customer experience 1st call resolution, and achieve development of a service catalog for Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Model. This position is based in Arlington, VA, is 100% on-site, and supports second shift, 1200 -2000 (12pm-8pm). Primary responsibilities include: Perform operational reviews at the start of every shift ensuring that services are running as expected. Work to resolve all known system anomalies and perform root cause analysis as required. Generate process improvements as needed to minimize future occurrences of recurring issues. As new processes are generated, they should be documented with a plan to mentor junior members of the team on the latest processes and procedures. Work both independently as well as in coordination with other IT disciplines to ensure smooth operations of the customer's multi-user environment. Includes but not limited to Implementation of STIG requirements, Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs), Industry best practices, network security measures in accordance with customer and DOD standards. Take ownership of customer issues and communicate on a regular basis the status of their tickets and issues. Issue resolution is to include properly documenting issues along with associated resolution measures. Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware. Review user requests for upgrades or additions to the network to assess impact on network performance and provide advice and guidance on the most practical technical approach to meeting user requirements. Provide 24x7 call-in support in the event of systems outages, along with providing regular progress updates on resolution times. Basic qualifications include: BS and 4+ years of experience. Additional years of relevant experience and/or military service may be considered in lieu of degree. IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP) Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance, as well as ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly Hands-on experience troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT business systems. Have experience in at least 5 of the following areas: Configuring Cisco switches and routers Dynamic routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) TCPDUMP / WireShark Troubleshooting of S2S/ DMVPN / IPSEC tunnels connection Lan and WAN Network troubleshooting Basic Firewall troubleshooting and configuration Basic ISE/TACACs troubleshooting and configuration AWS Cloud service VLAN configurations and VLAN Trunking Spanning tree Protocol. 802.1x Preferred qualifications include: Prior experience with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners Active CI Poly
