We’re on the hunt for a charismatic and driven Sales Representative to lead the charge in expanding our home sales footprint throughout New York City. If you’re passionate about the craft beverage industry — and know how to turn goals into wins — we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Grow Our Reach:
Drive distribution in both On- and Off-Premise accounts Use presell insights to hit distribution targets Boost PODs (Points of Distribution) for our core lines Secure effective placements across all formats and products Champion seasonal and limited edition offerings Win Over Top Off-Prem Accounts:
Maximize visibility with standout placements and displays Execute top-tier merchandising with POS materials Be the Brand’s Voice:
Communicate regularly with our distribution partners Join ride-alongs and team meetings Activate the brand with exciting events like:
In-store tastings On-premise gatherings Festivals and pop-ups
Stay Organized and Data-Savvy:
Plan your monthly schedule to hit KPIs and crush goals Use Karma (CRM) to manage your accounts like a pro Track inventory and performance with VIP reports What You Bring
3+ years in beer/wine/cider/ spirits or outside market sales Self-starter mentality with unstoppable energy Experience with Karma, VIP, or similar platforms (Encompass etc.) Clean driving record (owning a car is a bonus!) A knack for planning, organizing, and selling Must reside within the following boroughs of NYC: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens or the Bronx Perks & Pay
Total Comp: $50,000–$72,000/year Bonus Earnings ️ PTO Time 401(k) ???? Healthcare Company Phone Travel Allowance
