Full-time | $180K$275K Base Salary DOE | Bonus/Equity Eligible Join the team behind a market leading VR Shooting Simulator. We're seeking a Senior Backend Platform Engineer to scale and support VR, mobile, and web infrastructure. Youll play a key role in evolving the infrastructure behind VR, mobile, and web platforms. This hybrid role combines backend engineering, DevOps, and cloud architecture. Youll lead efforts in automation, observability, performance optimization, and CI/CD across our NestJS/NodeJS + PostgreSQL platform, while owning our AWS and Terraform setup. What Youll Do: Manage CI/CD pipelines and Terraform-based IaC Tune PostgreSQL performance and design schemas Drive automation, observability, and deployment strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering teams What Were Looking For: 5+ years in backend SWE, infrastructure, or DevOps roles Expert with AWS, Docker, Terraform Experience with PostgreSQL and NestJS/Node.js Strong communicator and systems thinker Please apply with your resume if interested.
