Come and explore Endicott's seaside locale where employees are an important part of the bustling campus community!Please apply today if this opportunity looks like the right fit for you.The Onboard Advisor and Operations Coordinator will have several key duties involving(primarily) the onboard advising of new students and the ongoing analysis of data on a widevariety of quality indicators. This position will report to the Senior Director of Advising,Credentialing, and Accreditation and will assist with all metrics and analyses needed forgoverning bodies. In addition, this person will work closely with the Senior Director of OnlineInstruction and Training and the Director of Quality Assurance for metrics associated withcourse quality, instructional effectiveness, and the development of targeted trainings andinitiatives. Finally, this individual will work closely with the Associate Dean of Research and theAssociate Director of Research (Doctoral Program) to track, assess, and summarize researchactivities and needs within the department.Key Outcomes34 % of Time: Onboard AdvisorOrient all new students to the program, to the learning tools and platforms needed within the program, and to the degree requirements and expectationsDevelop instructional aides for students in navigating learning tools and in achieving key tasks as a student in the programConduct assessments of student success within the first semesterDevelop pre-modules for students to enhance initial success in the program33% of Time: Instructor in MS ProgramThis position has an in-load of 5 courses. These courses will be assigned in alignment with program/departmental needs.33 % of Time: Data analytics for program recruitment, retention, quality, assessment, and managementIn an ongoing manner and in coordination with the efforts of the Senior Director of Online Instruction and Training and with the Director of Quality Assurance, collects and analyzes data on course metrics, student success, quality of instruction, and attainment of quality outcomes.In an ongoing manner and in coordination with the efforts of the departmental administration, develops and manages methods for analyzing a wide variety of data regarding student success, course characteristics, instructional quality, productivity of the department, and recruitment/retention.Perform other duties as assigned.Knowledge/Skills/AbilitiesMinimum of 3 -5 years of experience.Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis required.Specialized training and/or certification in data management, data analysis, and data modelling required.Experience in advising and instruction in higher education is required.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
