iSphere is on the hunt for a seasoned
Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Lead - Integrations
to support a major Houston-based initiative. This long-term, high-visibility role will be responsible for the end-to-end configuration and integration of
Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain
modules.
You'll lead technical efforts across multiple business areas, partner with internal teams and third-party vendors, and bring your expertise in system architecture, APIs, and cloud integration strategies to the table.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead the technical design, configuration, and integration of Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain modules Develop, test, and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud Fusion and internal/external systems Serve as the go-to expert for technical configuration, including data conversions, reports, security roles, and workflow customizations Provide hands-on guidance to internal development teams and interface with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Oversee system enhancements, data mapping, API management, and interface troubleshooting Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity across all modules Collaborate with functional leads and project managers to align technical solutions with business goals Stay current on Oracle Cloud releases and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation What You Bring to the Table:
8+ years of experience with Oracle applications, including
Oracle Cloud Fusion Strong experience in
Oracle Fusion Middleware, integrations (REST, SOAP APIs), and data conversion tools Deep understanding of
HCM, Finance, and Supply Chain
modules from a technical standpoint Proven ability to lead integration architecture design and execution across complex enterprise environments Experience with
BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, FBDI, and Fast Formulas Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Prior experience working in hybrid or remote enterprise environments
