Overview Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS)is looking for an Oracle Conversion Developer (IT Analyst III) to support legacy data conversion activities within a federal ERP modernization initiative using Oracle EBS R12. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and audit compliance during conversion cycles. Location: San Antonio, TX Employment Type: Full Time, Remote Overview Optimized Technical Solutions (OTS)is looking for an Oracle Conversion Developer (IT Analyst III) to support legacy data conversion activities within a federal ERP modernization initiative using Oracle EBS R12. Ensure data integrity, completeness, and audit compliance during conversion cycles. Key Responsibilities Develop, execute, and validate data conversion programs using PL/SQL, SQL*Loader, and Oracle APIs. Collaborate with data owners and subject matter experts to gather and analyze conversion requirements. Design reusable scripts for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Conduct data mapping and cleansing activities. Support conversion testing including trial loads, data reconciliation, and cutover planning. Identify and resolve data quality issues proactively. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle EBS R12. Proficiency in data conversion strategy and execution. Experience with financial and procurement modules preferred. Work Environment Office environment. Requires ability to provide clear, concise, accurate and timely communication, both verbally and in writing (100%). Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers, management, and client (100%). Occasional business travel may be required. Only requested and approved expenses will be covered by OTS.
