As an Oracle Financial Consultant, you will provide professional functional consultancy for the Oracle E-Business Suite R12/Fusion Cloud ERP, specifically focusing on financial modules. You will lead discussions with clients and internal teams, ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to various issues that may arise. Day-to-day support will be part of your responsibilities, contributing to seamless client experiences. Key Responsibilities: Business Consultancy & Demand Management:
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Financials, assisting users and teams to navigate Oracle E-Business Suite/Oracle Fusion. Identify business challenges, processes, and opportunities, recommending solutions that align with client objectives. Focus primarily on financial modules like AP, AR, GL, Collections, Tax, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. Engage with clients’ business user community to document and implement new functional requirements. Create test plans, test cases, and scripts, performing functional tests alongside end-users and development teams. Operations Support: Provide level 3+ operational support within the Application Managed Services (AMS) team. Collaborate with AMS members to swiftly resolve issues and maintain smooth operations for clients. Review and manage existing client configurations, ensuring proper documentation of all modifications. Willingness to travel as necessary, with travel requirements varying from none to 100% based on client needs. What You Need: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle financial management, with a strong functional skills focus. Participation in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle implementations, particularly in financial modules within Oracle Fusion ERP applications. Strong consultancy and analytical skills along with the ability to engage in relationship building and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for various audiences, including executives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if holding an Associate's Degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required. Compensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skills, and experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a salary range for this role which may include but is not limited to: California $63,800 to $154,800; Colorado $63,800 to $133,700; and others.
