The Opportunity:
The EBS Functional Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications. This role requires a deep understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle ERP R12, with a focus on enhancing business processes and supporting business requirements.
What You Will Do: Provide functional support for Oracle E-Business Suite R12 modules, including Order Management (OM), Workflow, Inventory (INV), Shipping, General Ledger (GL), Purchasing, Payables (AP), and Receivables (AR) Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze business requirements, recommend solutions, and translate them into functional specifications Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet business needs, including setting up workflows, personalization, and customizations Develop and execute test plans, document test results, and ensure that all customizations and configurations are thoroughly tested before deployment Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues with Oracle EBS applications, working closely with technical teams to identify and fix problems Facilitate train and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle EBS applications and understand new functionalities The Experience You Will Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 functional analysis and support Strong comprehension of Oracle EBS modules, including Order Management, Workflow, Inventory, General Ledger, Supply Chain Management, Payables, and Receivables Proven experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring Oracle EBS modules, and developing functional specifications Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX tools Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve functional issues Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business users and technical teams Preferred Experience:
Experience with Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects Familiarity with UNIX and shell scripting Knowledge of Oracle APEX tools Ecommerce or retail background Your Well Being:
