Manager, Oracle HCM
for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities include: Participating in Oracle Cloud HCM / Payroll projects involving strategy, implementation support, and Oracle optimization related to IT operations, business processes, security, and data integrity. Reviewing and mapping Oracle Cloud Payroll business processes. Executing day-to-day activities of Oracle Cloud advisory engagements, including process design, implementation lifecycle support, and project reviews. Reviewing business processes and advising clients on Oracle Cloud system services. Identifying and communicating findings to senior management and clients. Qualifications include: At least five years of experience as a Functional Lead / Architect with Oracle Cloud and EBS Payroll. Three full lifecycle implementations with Oracle Cloud Payroll as a Lead / Architect, with experience in functional design, formulas, costing, HDL, configuration, and process alignment. Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Experience with project planning, requirements gathering, design, and deployment; functional payroll certification or equivalent preferred. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Payroll processes and best practices. Ability to travel and work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
