Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in payroll data migration, specifically from Oracle JD Edwards to Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on Payroll Balance Transfers. Responsibilities include: Leading the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of payroll balances from JD Edwards into Oracle HCM Cloud. Performing data mapping between JDE and HCM Cloud balance structures. Validating payroll data accuracy through reconciliation reports and supporting payroll testing in HCM Cloud. Required Skills and Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) Payroll, specifically for Canada. 3+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Payroll and HDL (HCM Data Loader). Proven experience with payroll balance transfer projects, preferably as part of a full-cycle JDE to HCM Cloud migration.
