PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Job Title: Functional Analyst PeopleSoft (Finance / Payroll / Treasury) Company: Nexcen Location: Washington, DC (Onsite) Employment Type: Contract (C2C) Experience Level: Senior (7+ Years) Overview: Nexcen is seeking multiple experienced PeopleSoft Functional Analysts to support Finance, Payroll/Timekeeping, and Treasury operations. Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in PeopleSoft 9.1, possess hands-on configuration and production support experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills. Open Roles and Responsibilities: 1. PeopleSoft Financials Functional Analyst Modules: GL, AP, AR, BI, AM, PC Responsibilities: Daily functional support for finance and accounting users Lead configuration, testing, and implementation of module updates Support General Ledger month-end close, including allocations and reporting via nVision Create and manage complex queries using PeopleSoft Query Analyze and reconcile financial data discrepancies Collaborate with technical teams to address integration issues 2. PeopleSoft Payroll / Time & Labor Analyst (Kronos/UKG) Modules: PeopleSoft Payroll, Time & Labor | Tools: UKG/Kronos Responsibilities: Provide production support for Payroll and Timekeeping departments Configure and troubleshoot Payroll and Kronos/UKG interfaces Support payroll close processes, reporting, and analytics Execute complex payroll data analysis using query tools Participate in UKG Pro Workforce Management support and Oracle Cloud implementation Analyze and resolve pay rule application and time capture errors 3. PeopleSoft Treasury Functional Analyst Modules: PeopleSoft Treasury, Deal Management Responsibilities: Support Treasury operations including cash, LOC invoices, and investment processing Configure, test, and implement enhancements in Treasury and Deal modules Reconcile accounting entries and cash flow data using Excel-to-CI interfaces Support generation of monthly/quarterly/year-end investment performance reports Collaborate with business and technical teams for interface and data validation Assist in Oracle Cloud transition for Treasury-related functions General Requirements (All Roles): 7+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft functional experience in relevant modules Strong understanding of financial, payroll, and/or treasury processes Advanced SQL/PeopleSoft Query and reporting tool skills (e.g., nVision, BI Publisher, Excel) Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders Experience in production support, testing (UAT), and end-user training Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementations Kronos/UKG Pro WFM experience (for Payroll roles) Familiarity with Excel-to-CI integrations (for Treasury) Certifications such as PMP, CPA, CFA (a plus depending on role) Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at NexCen Global Inc by 2x Get notified about new Functional Analyst jobs in Washington, DC .
