Systems Implementation Support Specialist Pay Rate: $55/hr W2 Start Date: August (to ensure overlap and support before team leads September leave) Employment Type: Contract About the Role
We are seeking a junior to mid-level Systems Implementation Support Specialist to support our ERP transition project. This role involves supporting the migration from SAP to Oracle SCM (OCI), ensuring data accuracy, process alignment, and a seamless experience for end users. It offers an excellent opportunity to develop hands-on implementation skills in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Support migration of master data and business processes from SAP to Oracle SCM (OCI) Conduct process mapping and gap analysis Develop and maintain work instructions and training materials Provide onsite end-user training on Oracle ERP functionalities Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and reporting Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during implementation Collaborate with IT, SMEs, and stakeholders for a smooth transition Develop and execute test plans for system validation Document workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting steps Assist in resolving integration issues between SAP and Oracle
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT, Business Systems, or related field 35 years supporting ERP implementations, preferably in Oracle SCM (OCI); SAP experience is a plus Experience with master data, process mapping, and documentation Knowledge of SAP and Oracle ERP platforms Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros) Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills Experience with end-user training during system transitions
