As the Oracle SCM Technical Director, you will be the subject matter expert in Oracle SCM, leading the evaluation, design, and implementation of technology solutions that align with business needs and the broader enterprise architectural vision. Your daily responsibilities will include partnering with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and Agile delivery teams to stabilize and sustain a fully implemented Oracle SCM solution. You will provide in-depth technical expertise, manage configurations, perform technical dependency analysis, and configure the SCM solution with the necessary workflows, reports, interfaces, configurations, extensions, and forms. Additionally, you will support upgrade and patch management, incident management, and unit testing. You will oversee data integration tasks, ensuring efficient data processing, and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle SCM tools. Your role also involves creating comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conducting knowledge transfer sessions to ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the SCM solutions. Your problem-solving skills will help anticipate and address complex issues, while your coordination between finance and technology teams will ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements. Continuous improvement efforts will focus on optimizing the control environment through automated controls and supporting internal and external audits.
