We’re seeking a Supply Chain Systems & Process Manager – Outbound to ensure our technology platforms fully support and enhance outbound distribution and transportation processes. You’ll own the systems roadmap, lead configuration and testing activities, and drive change management to embed new capabilities. This role requires deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS and Oracle TMS, strong processimprovement chops, and excellent stakeholder leadership.
Responsibilities:
• Partner with Engineering and Operations to translate process needs into system capabilities that optimize productivity
• Gather and validate business requirements with IT; oversee configuration, testing, and implementation for outbound functions
• Maintain and execute the supply chain systems roadmap—prioritizing enhancements and future releases
• Develop and deploy standard operating procedures (SOPs) for outbound processes in collaboration with Engineering
• Lead change management efforts to drive adoption of Distribution and Transportation Management systems
• Collaborate with vendors, local/offshore teams, and crossfunctional partners to meet strategic objectives
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical or operational challenges as they arise
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years in Supply Chain, Operations, or Process Engineering roles focused on process improvement
• Proven experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management and Oracle Transportation Management
• Strong functional and technical understanding of distribution and transportation systems
• Excellent communication and changemanagement skills; able to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Criticalthinking mindset with the ability to solve complex technical and operational issues
