ABOUT THE ROLE This role is working in our world-leading Real Estate practice. It is a varied role, supporting the Partners and Attorneys in their day-to-day business, marketing activities, client interactions and general administrative tasks. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with Business Development related administrative tasks
Create, edit, and process client bills in accordance with firm and client requirements and work closely with billing attorneys to prepare bills
Travel and calendar management
Edit and format transaction related documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Assist with administration of closing documents (i.e. signature pages) and post-closing matters
Enter and close timesheets per policies
ABOUT YOU:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
IT Affinity
Secretarial or administrative support experience in an international professional services firm
The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion
Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines
Well developed and professional interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact and communicate effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm
