CFO
to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing 13-week cash flow, strong liquidity management skills, and be responsive to requests from the private equity firm. The
CFO
role is an onsite position. This is a client direct hire position. CFO Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage a rolling 13-week cash flow forecast. Maintain daily liquidity oversight, ensuring optimal cash positioning without utilizing the Line of Credit (LOC). Provide proactive cash management strategies to avoid reliance on external financing. Oversee a strict 3-day month-end close process regardless of calendar alignment. Lead the consolidation of financial statements from site controllers across multiple facilities. Prepare and deliver high-quality financial presentations to the executive team. Serve as a responsive liaison with the private equity firm, delivering clear, timely updates and strategic insights. Partner with site leadership and operational teams to drive business performance and identify growth opportunities. Implement best practices in financial planning, forecasting, and KPI tracking. CFO Qualifications: 7–10+ years of experience as a CFO or equivalent executive financial leadership. Private equity experience is essential; divestiture experience highly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or MBA required. Strong understanding of liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and financial risk mitigation. Experience using Plex ERP is strongly preferred. Proven ability to consolidate complex financials and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders. Advanced Excel skills required, including financial modeling and scenario analysis. High business acumen, with the ability to operate independently and drive strategic initiatives. Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
