Provides maintenance and support for programs within existing systems. Liaison with user, technical support, training, and operations personnel. Provides technical and administrative support to the department. This position will commit to fostering an environment of heightened security following Information Technology Security Policies and participating in security training, such as Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), on an annual basis. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Participates in planning, implementing, designing, analyzing, maintaining and provides technical support for a large complex data communication network or group of networks. Conducts research and evaluation of network technology and recommends and/or purchases network equipment. May lead or guide the work of others. Analyze, design, development, document, test, and implement current and future Coronary Artery Risk Development in Young Adults (CARDIA) software programs for both Windows and World-Wide Web environments. Performs other duties as assigned. Hourly Pay Range $22.90 - $37.25 Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field required. Work experience may substitute for education requirement. Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Preferred Skills Are Communication And Analytic Thinking.
