We are looking for a corporate associate with 2-4 years of general corporate experience who is ready to jump in and learn
. You will gain deep and broad experience in venture capital, capital markets, corporate governance, and SEC reporting. We support clients at all stages of their growth and represent them through the full life cycle. This is a highly collaborative group with team members who train and support one another. We prefer candidates who will be resident in our Palo Alto or San Francisco office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Compensation and Benefits: Salary range of $235,000 – $310,000, based on year classification.
