3:00 PM - 6:00 PM Your role will include: Ensuring Safety & Joy:
Model safety standards while fostering a joyful environment. Guide staff on their roles and responsibilities while ensuring program tasks are carried out efficiently. Safeguarding Participants:
Actively uphold safety protocols to maintain the well-being of all children in the program. Effective Communication:
Build relationships with families, other staff, and children through clear communication. Address inquiries promptly and collaborate closely with the Area Manager. Documentation & Compliance:
Maintain accurate records for student check-ins and check-outs, and ensure adherence to company policies. Implementing Daily Activities:
Lead engaging activities and curriculum that promote physical fun and learning within a secure environment. Ideal Candidates will possess: Experience managing competing priorities while delivering excellent service. A high school diploma or GED. Experience working with children, particularly in managing unique and special needs. Training or coursework related to child development. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal. A professional demeanor when interacting with students, parents, and team members. Familiarity with Google technology software is advantageous. New Jersey State Requirements: Ability to meet state-specific criteria. First Aid and CPR certification (in-person). Cleared tuberculosis test. Additional information: If managing 31 or more children, candidates must meet specific educational and training requirements as outlined by state regulations. Benefits Offered:
