Event Partners Inc. (EPI) is a leading sport and entertainment event staff provider. Servicing clients in the Sport and Entertainment industry since 2005, EPI provides quality parking, access control, bag checkers, ticket takers, ushers, guest services, premium attendants, front of house and back of house event staff for numerous athletic events, concerts and special events throughout the country.
The Part-Time Event Manager will be responsible for directing and managing EPI's operations surrounding the University of New Hampshire home football games.
Primary Duties and Tasks: Serve as primary liaison between EPI and the University of New Hampshire Athletics to ensure event staffing needs are met. Interview, hire and train part-time event supervisors and event staff. Schedule, support and oversee event staffing operations for EPI in the region. Serve as Manager on Duty for all major events to ensure client needs are met. Manage event staff from check-in to check-out at events, to ensure all positions and needs of the client are met. Maintain and control EPI's uniform and equipment inventory. Work with EPI's HR/Payroll to ensure all employees are properly on-boarded, trained and on file. Keep accurate time and attendance records to submit for billing and payroll. Ensure EPI and our staff members stay current on all licenses, policies and procedures. Seek out new business opportunities by selling EPI's services throughout the region to grow EPI's footprint. Other duties as assigned by the Owner or VP of Operations. Requirements:
Experience managing a large team of part-time staff. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong organization skills a must. Ability to work all UNH Home Football Games (9/6/25, 9/27/25, 10/4/25, 10/25/25, 11/22/25, Possible playoff game dates) Ability to work in inclement weather conditions. Must display a positive attitude and superior customer service skills. Must always maintain a neat and professional image.
This position should be based in the Durham, NH region or in close proximity to the University of New Hampshire.
