Willow Valley Communities CNA wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.
Wages:
- $20.00-$23.25/hr, based on experience
- Weekend Only Program wage: $24.00/hour
- Care for Residents in a skilled care setting under direction of nursing and medical staff.
- Document care on Relias computer system.
- Creates a positive, encouraging and educational environment for Team Members.
- Ensures consistency among Supportive Living Communities in all operations, policies and procedures.
- Serves as a mentor/preceptor to new Nursing Assistants during orientation and as needed.
- Must have a current PA Nursing Assistant Certification
- Part Time
- Or Weekend Only Program
- Part Time:
- 1st: 6:30am-3:00PM
- 2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm
- 3rd: 10:30pm-7:00am
- Weekend Only Program: Every Saturday and Sunday 6:30am-3:00pm
- Various locations on Willow Valley Communities campus
