Pediatric Dentist Part-Time Opportunity in Gaithersburg, MD
A well-established, multi-specialty dental practice in Gaithersburg, Maryland is seeking a personable, motivated, and experienced Pediatric Dentist to join their dynamic team part-time. The position offers a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with a steady flow of patients and a supportive clinical team.

Large, modern facility with 22 operatories, 9 general dentists, 4 hygienists, and in-house specialists including Orthodontics and Pediatric Dentistry.
Active and growing patient base with 10,500+ patients and an average of new patients per month.
Patient mix: 80% PPO / 20% FFS.
Current part-time schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:45 AM 5:00 PM .

Ideal CandidateDDS/DMD with an active Maryland dental license in good standing.
Completed an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency.
Minimum of 3 5 years of clinical experience in pediatric dentistry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, confident chairside manner.
Comfortable and proficient in all aspects of pediatric care.
Committed to continued learning and excellence in patient care.
W-2 employment status.
Strong minimum guarantee + percentage of collections.
CE allowance and support for ongoing professional development.
