Reports to: HR Manager - North America Operations Cooperates with: All Departments Primary Responsibility: Performs Human Resource functions for the MIRATECH enterprise helping manage the satellite facility in Knoxville. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Assist global People team plan company sponsored events and all strategic department initiatives. Complete all payroll checklists on time and on a bi-weekly basis for the MIRATECH enterprise. Create all position descriptions as needed for the organization. Process all Workers Compensation claims for Knoxville location. Process heavy system transactions for employment life cycle changes (compensation, promotions, new hires, terminations, garnishments) using HRIS. Assist with the annual benefit open enrollment process working with third party brokers as needed. Assist with the annual and quarterly performance review process. Manage employee relations for the Knoxville organization. Process all verifications of employment for the Knoxville location. Manage recruitment efforts and hiring processes for the location. Manage new-employee onboarding experience and offboarding (including exit interviews). Liaison on a regular basis with satellite facilities to help manage HR functions and issues that arise. Generate various human resources reports, as needed for People, Operations, and Exec team. Attend webinars, seminars to keep up-to-date on human resource topics, trends and employment laws. Work with accounting dept as needed to process payroll, reconcile any payment/reimbursement matters related to employees, garnishments, levies, etc. Help promote, encourage, and maintain MIRATECH Mindset and culture in all assigned locations. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar. 3 + years HR and Manufacturing experience. Understanding of employment law, compliance, benefits, payroll. Accurate and outstanding data entry skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
