SCHEDULE Work 34 hours per week, 3.5 days on and 3.5 days off See ~2 patients per hour Unmatched work life balance with no admin days and no on call time. Scheduled appointments - no staying late to work through a waiting room full of patients. COMPENSATION Eligible for sign on bonus or relocation assistance Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. This pay range is approximately equivalent to $73 - $82 per hour CLINIC LOCATIONS: Multiple locations throughout the Portland, Oregon area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams and procedures. Practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model. Provide evidence-based medical care. Practice confidently with on-demand access to a Physician. QUALIFICATIONS Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA OR Family Nurse Practitioner: Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner Must have at least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care. Experience seeing patients of all ages. COMPENSATION PACKAGE 401K with 4% employer match Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance Eligible State License, DEA, BLS and one professional organization of your choice (AANP or AAPA) Reimbursement, $2,500 annual CME Allowance + 1 week off for CME, UpToDate Membership and Medical Malpractice Insurance FIGS Scrubs Salary Range: $130,000 - $145,000 per year plus bonus potential and shift pay. Salary is based on a 34 hour work week. All benefits dependent on role and eligibility WORKING CONDITIONS and REQUIREMENTS Standing for long periods of time Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
