The Opportunity We are seeking a visionary

VP of Engineering – Design

to lead the development of cutting-edge energy technologies. This role will oversee multidisciplinary engineering teams, drive product innovation, and ensure alignment between design, R&D, and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Lead the full product and design lifecycle — from concept and prototyping through to production. Manage and mentor cross-functional engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software disciplines. Collaborate with product management, operations, and executive leadership to align engineering initiatives with strategic goals. Establish and uphold engineering best practices, design standards, and quality assurance processes. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies into the product development roadmap. Ideal Candidate 10+ years of engineering leadership experience, ideally in clean technology, renewable energy, or hardware/software integration. Proven success leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments. Strong foundation in product development, systems engineering, and design thinking. Experience with

tank design , pressure vessels, or related mechanical systems. Background in

oil & gas facility or equipment design
