NYU Suffolk Hospital is requesting 2 OR RNs to work 3x12 days from 7AM to 7:30PM days. However, these positions are needed for August 18th.

Schedule Requirements: Call Required (Yes), Weekend Coverage (Every Other)
Unit Systems:
Medication: Omnicell
Provider Coverage:
In-House 24/7: CRNA, Anesthesiologist
Certifications Required: BLS
Work Settings: General OR, Trauma
Thoracic: Thoracotomy, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Scrub Thoracic Surgery
Endoscopic Procedures: Bronchoscopy, Colonoscopy, Scrub Endoscopic Surgery
General Surgery: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Mastectomy, Scrub General Surgery, Thyroidectomy partial/total
Gynecology: Abdominal/ Vaginal hysterectomy, Anterior/Posterior repair, Dilation & Curettage, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Scrub Gynecology Surgery, Vulvectomy
Neurology: Craniotomy, Insertion of VP shunt, Laminectomy/discectomy, Scrub Neurology surgery
Orthopedic: Arthroscopy, Arthrotomy, Carpal tunnel release, Closed reduction of fractures, Laminectomy/discectomy, Open reduction of fractures, Ortho/Spine, Total joint replacement, Scrub arthroscopic surgeries, Scrub orthopedic surgeries
Plastics: Abdominoplasty, Breast augmentation, Scrub Plastics Surgery
Podiatry: Ankle fusion, Bunionectomy, Hallux vagus arthroplasty/arthrodesis, Metatarsal surgery, Scrub Podiatry surgery
Robotics: Colorectal Robotic Surgery, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Gastrointestinal robotic surgery, Gynecologic robotic surgery, Orthopedic robotic surgery, Urologic robotic surgery, Scrub Robotic surgery
Urology: Cystoscopy, Laparoscopic assisted cases, Transurethral resection of the prostate, Scrub urology Surgery
Trauma: Amputations, Burns, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries), Scrub Trauma surgery
Work Experience:
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred
