Who You Are:
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, with experience in biology and genomics.
Significant research demonstrated by a first-author publication in a peer-reviewed journal.
Strong technical background with publications in top methods-focused conferences or journals.
Independent scientist with excellent communication skills, passionate about science and computational biology, and a team player.
Enthusiastic about applying ML/AI models to genomics problems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sequence-to-function modeling.
Knowledge of public regulatory genomic resources like ENCODE, GTEx, etc.

Compensation & Benefits The salary range for South San Francisco, California, is $98,000 to $104,500, based on experience and qualifications. Benefits are detailed via the provided link. Relocation benefits are available.
