Location: Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Chattanooga, TN, or Brentwood, TN Schedule: Full-time Contract Type: Long-term Opportunity We're seeking a dynamic and driven Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering complex infrastructure projects. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in both client-facing and technical environments, and who is ready to take ownership from pre-positioning through project close-out. What You'll Do
Lead single or multidiscipline teams through all phases of project execution Manage multiple small to medium projects or oversee large-scale initiatives Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and deliverables to ensure timely and budget-conscious execution Facilitate design and production meetings, and oversee QA/QC procedures Monitor financial performance and collaborate with leadership on project reviews Drive document development and ensure traceable, verifiable, and complete records What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Engineering 7+ years of engineering experience 2+ years of project management experience Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical, mechanical, or civil engineering Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
