We are developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments, including Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) for complex calcified cardiovascular disease. Our Shockwave Medical portfolio aims to establish a new standard of care for treating atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease using sonic pressure waves. Position Overview
As Principal Applications Integration Engineer, you will design, develop, and maintain integration solutions connecting various software applications and systems. You will work closely with IT teams, business units, and external partners to ensure solutions meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. Essential Job Functions
Design and Development:
Create integration solutions connecting disparate systems, applications, and data sources. Develop APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable. Technical Leadership:
Provide guidance on integration projects. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and IT staff. Lead evaluations of integration tools and technologies. Project Management:
Manage projects, including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination. Ensure timely and within-budget completion. Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute test plans. Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. Documentation and Training:
Document processes and solutions. Train staff and end-users. Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor solutions, perform updates, and optimize performance. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Salesforce.com, Dell Boomi, Workato, and similar tools. 10+ years’ experience with APIs, ESB, middleware, and integration technologies. Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, Node.js, and SaaS DevOps/CI/CD tools. Experience with EDI, REST/SOAP APIs, and working with business partners to gather requirements. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience in FDA regulated environments is a plus. Additional Information
The base salary range is $105,000 to $169,050 annually. Eligible for performance bonuses, benefits, and employee programs.
