Irving, TX (Onsite) Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Data Quality Analyst with proven experience in building data domains from the ground up, including defining and implementing tailored data quality rules. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying and resolving complex data issues, aligning with governance standards, and collaborating across functions to drive enterprise-wide data readiness. Strong communication skills and experience in designing insightful dashboards to ensure ongoing visibility into data health, specifically within the Passenger Domain, are essential. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (May perform any or all of the following): Define and implement data quality rules tailored to the Passenger Domain, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness. Act as the Data Steward for the Passenger Domain, leading the development of this new domain from inception. Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams for timely remediation. Align data quality efforts with enterprise data governance standards and best practices to maintain compliance and data integrity. Design and develop interactive dashboards and reporting tools to monitor data quality metrics and trends. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable data quality improvements. Continuously evaluate and refine data quality frameworks, leveraging feedback and analytics to enhance domain reliability and enterprise readiness. Document data quality rules, definitions, and processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and ease of maintenance across the organization. Support data onboarding and integration activities, ensuring new data sources meet established quality standards before entering the Passenger Domain. Lead data quality assessments and audits, providing recommendations and action plans to address gaps and improve data trustworthiness. Minimum Requirements: Experience in building data domains from scratch, including designing and implementing data quality rules for specific business areas. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
