Backed by top-tier investors and currently in private beta with design partners, the product is approaching a major launch milestone. The company is solving complex orchestration, integration, and data flow problems at scale-and they're looking for engineers who enjoy tackling systems that sit at the heart of real business logic.
They're hiring a
Senior Java Software Engineer
to help build the backend architecture that powers dynamic workflows, real-time analytics, and deep integrations. This is a critical hire with high ownership and an opportunity to shape the platform's core services. Requirements: Strong experience in
Java (8+)
and building large-scale backend systems Familiarity with
Spring Boot , microservices, and event-driven architecture Experience working with
REST APIs , messaging queues, and distributed systems Nice to Have:
Exposure to
Kotlin ,
Scala , or other JVM-based languages Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Background in workflow engines, rule-based systems, or enterprise integrations Compensation & Perks:
$180K-$250K base salary , depending on experience Meaningful
equity stake
