Beacon Hill Legal needs a U.S. privacy attorney to begin a temporary assignment ASAP!
SUMMARY
Privacy attorney
Pay: 85/hr +
Experience in Business Associate Agreements (BAAs), Privacy Amendments & HIPAA and GDPR knowledge
End date: Undetermined, but likely 12 weeks
5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Remote is acceptable
Exclusively privacy
Focused on negotiating Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and Data Privacy Appendices (DPAs) with clients vendors/suppliers; consequently
Knowledge of HIPAA will be required
Fundamental knowledge/understanding of the GDPR in addition to HIPAA is preferrable.
