The key responsibilities of this role include the following: Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statement packages, including investor capital reporting Perform variance analysis comparing financial results to budgets, forecasts, and actuals; identify key performance drivers and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders Deliver ongoing financial analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs) to various stakeholders, including senior management, investors, lenders, and regulators Oversee all aspects of fund administration in coordination with external administrators and advisors MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities: Minimum of 4 years of experience in public accounting or private equity fund finance/accounting, with a strong grounding in financial analysis and accounting principles; experience in real estate or private equity is preferred. Background in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or roles related to real estate private equity is a plus. What's on Offer
