This position may be eligible for situational telework as determined by the agency policy. Duties Serve as the technical expert for integrated systems used in educational and administrative functions. Coordinate with division specialists to support schools through procurement actions, provisioning of instructional resources, and aligned professional learning. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-priority correspondence and manage communication flow. Conduct compliance checks and recommend corrective action plans. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and objectives. Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement based on data insights. Draft documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures.
Requirements Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Requirement. Proof of U.S. Citizenship required. Direct deposit of pay is required. One-year probationary period may be required. Appointment subject to a suitability/fitness determination, as determined by a background investigation. You may be required to sign a transportation agreement.
