Job Profile Summary This role focuses on providing administrative and business support to the organization in order to achieve operational goals. It involves program management, projects, and resource coordination to meet accreditation standards, support strategic growth, and develop service lines. Typically supporting hospital-based programs, this position requires a support or service role in an administrative, clerical, technical, clinical, or non-clinical environment. The role involves routine problem-solving under moderate supervision and requires basic knowledge of procedures and tools, possibly obtained through vocational or technical education.
Job Overview This position plans and manages activities within assigned programs, developing and advising on policies and procedures related to these programs.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Three (3) years of program administration experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to support program objectives.
Build and maintain positive relationships and manage communication strategies.
Maintain records and invoices.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, recommending improvements.
Obtain statistical data to monitor progress and ensure goals are met.
Report monthly statistical data.
Confirm service charges and coordinate scheduling.
Handle payroll activities.
Collaborate with leadership on workflows and processes.
Monitor program initiatives and coordinate meetings and workshops.
Identify risks and issues impacting the program.
Present reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Support budget monitoring and management.
Prepare agendas, distribute materials, and record minutes.
Assist in resource allocation and tracking expenses.
Share feedback and implement improvements to enhance the program.
Physical Requirements
Occasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.
Largely sedentary, involving sitting, with occasional walking, standing, reaching, and operating office equipment.
Must be able to communicate effectively and see/read displays and print.
Skills & Abilities
Manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in email, Microsoft Office, and scheduling applications.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Maintain confidentiality of medical information.
