Program Coordinator
At Right At School, we provide engaging before and after school programs that focus on disguised learning activities, ensuring every child’s success! Pay Rate:
$22.50-24.50 (commensurate with education and experience) Schedule:
Monday-Friday Split Shift; Before School: 6:15am-9:35am Mon-Fri After School: 3:00pm-6:00pm (Wed only 2-6pm) In this role, you will: Promote Safety & Joy:
Serve as a role model by ensuring safety and joy standards are upheld. Coach and support staff as they understand and fulfill their roles, keeping our site documents and licensing standards current. Lead the team in attendance protocols, behavior policies, and safety procedures, while fostering respectful relationships to maintain cohesion and productivity. Ensure Safety Assurance:
Actively support and monitor safety protocols to protect the well-being of all participants. Identify and mitigate potential risks within the program. Foster Effective Communication:
Engage with families, peers, and children to build meaningful relationships. Maintain prompt responsiveness to emails, texts, and inquiries during program hours to ensure transparency and trust. Collaborate regularly with the Area Manager to support program goals. Manage Documentation and Compliance:
Accurately maintain records for student check-ins and check-outs, ensuring adherence to company policy. Implement Daily Routines:
Facilitate daily activities, fitness fun, and curriculum implementation while creating a safe, engaging environment. Ideal Candidates will possess the following: Strong experience managing competing priorities while delivering quality service to all stakeholders. At least 12 college credits in courses at the 100 level or higher. Experience working with children and understanding their unique and special needs. Relevant coursework or training in child development or a related field. Effective communication skills in oral, written, and visual formats, applicable to both children and adults. Ability to uphold professional standards in interactions with students, parents, staff, and community members. Familiarity with Google technology software, or a willingness to learn. Washington State Requirements: Compliance with state-specific requirements; Current First Aid and CPR certification (in-person); Recent cleared tuberculosis test; Proof of MMR vaccination; Active Food Handlers Card; Must be 18 years of age or older; Minimum of 12 college credits at the 100 level; and Cleared background check with fingerprinting.
