dentsu . This position is responsible for the successful sales and delivery of CXM client accounts. You will collaborate with sales, client management, and project management across dentsu's creative, media, and customer experience management service lines, as well as across CXM, Experience & Commerce, and Data & Technology Strategy practice areas to secure and execute client engagements. You will partner with the Solutions Team and Practice Area delivery leadership to define the vision and develop the program management capabilities within CXM for large-scale, multi-disciplinary client projects. Your responsibilities include managing delivery from RFP to client sunsetting, ensuring schedule, budget, and scope adherence, and leading program teams effectively. Key responsibilities include: Designing engagement models tailored to client needs for pitches and proposals. Partnering with finance and practice areas to model and price client engagements. Leading program delivery, including establishing PMO/TMO frameworks, onboarding, and creating account playbooks. Driving new business pursuits, including proposal development and account planning. Ensuring delivery excellence by meeting schedules, budgets, and scope expectations. Qualifications include: At least 15 years of experience in delivering transformation and complex global client projects. Proven leadership in digital experience delivery and program management. Experience working with professional services and delivering profitable, complex engagements. The annual salary range is $136,000-$219,650, based on experience and skills. Benefits include health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. This is a remote position based in Maryland, USA.
