$45,000 What You'll Do: Lead and manager new and existing programs to meet community needs and YMCA objectives. This involves developing new programs, expanding existing ones, and evaluating program effectiveness. Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers. Evaluate performance, provide feedback, and develop strategies to motivate the team. Develop and monitor program quality, budgets, and participant satisfaction. Build strong relationships with families, schools and local partners. Manage and coordinate the use of facilities for program activities and events. Collaborate with community partners regarding use of other program venues.
