About the Role Were looking for sharp, driven communicators to help convert warm leads into qualified solar consultations. If youre passionate about helping people and confident in your ability to engage this is your foot in the door to a high-earning solar career.
Responsibilities Engage with homeowners in person to set qualified appointments Educate on the benefits of going solar and pre-qualify interest Use CRM tools and scripts to stay organized and consistent Follow up with leads and update pipeline notes Work closely with closers and sales consultants
Qualifications High school diploma required; bachelors Previous sales or appointment setting experience a plus Excellent people skills and natural charisma Tech-friendly (Zoom, CRM, online scheduling) Self-motivated and quick to adapt
Bonus Points For: Solar experience or energy knowledge Spanish-speaking Ability to self-source leads
Compensation & Perks $5,000$8,000/month
with base pay, commissions & performance bonuses Daily, weekly and monthly incentives Career training, mentorship, and fast-track promotions
